- DPW curbside pickup on Fridays by appointment, $25 per item, or free at the DPW yard.
- Hauling it yourself
- River Edge DPW yard, 500 Riverside Way, 7:30–3:30. River Edge residential ID required. Recyclables, electronics, appliances and metal items. No household hazardous waste.
- Construction materials
- Cabinets, sheetrock, lumber, fencing, flooring, windows, doors, concrete and fixtures aren’t collected. You arrange it, or we haul it away.
- Paint
- Dried paint can go in regular garbage. Liquid latex and oil-based paint go to the county collection days.
- Paint, chemicals and household hazardous waste
- Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) collection days, free for Bergen County residents and held several times a year in Paramus, Mahwah and Moonachie. Check bcua.org for the next date.
- Everything else, any amount, carried out for you
- That’s us. Furniture, appliances, whole-house cleanouts and renovation debris, priced up front.

Do you take renovation debris?
Yes. River Edge won’t collect it. We haul it all away.
How fast can you come?
Sometimes we can fit a job in the same day. Call Paul in the morning and he’ll give you the soonest opening.
